2. Purpose of the website
Absurdiland publishes free interactive creative-coding experiments and may offer commissioned mini-apps, memberships, sponsorships and related digital creative services. The experiments are primarily entertainment and artistic works. They are not professional, medical, financial or legal advice.
3. Access and acceptable use
You may browse and play the public experiments for personal, non-commercial use. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, extract data automatically at abusive volume, or use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe another person's rights.
4. Intellectual property
The Absurdiland name, visual identity, website design, text, software and original experiments are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. No ownership is transferred merely by accessing the website. Limited rights attached to a paid commission are described in the Terms & Refunds page or in a written project agreement.
Third-party names, marks or materials remain the property of their respective owners. If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, contact the operator with enough information to identify and assess the material.
5. Availability and external services
The operator works to keep the site available and reasonably safe, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Experiments may contain harmless bugs, because that is partly the point. Links to payment providers, social networks or other external services are governed by those providers' own terms and privacy information.
6. Responsibility
Nothing in this notice excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses caused by misuse of the website, third-party services, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
7. Governing law and contact
Spanish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence. Consumers may bring claims before the courts that applicable consumer law designates. For business-to-business disputes, the parties submit to the courts of Reus, Spain, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
